Make a request
Under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA), every person has the right to request access to a record unless it falls within one of the exemptions described in the Act.
Requests may be submitted by mail, in person, or online along with a $5 application fee.
FIPPA prescribes a user-pay principle and requires the person making the record request to pay the fees outlined in the regulations of the Act. A Freedom of Information coordinator will provide you with an estimate of any additional fee amounts over $25 following the request form submission.
